Need help ASAP kryptview not scanning

I have got rid of vermin media cause I hate them their arseholes to be polite. I now have sky and my kv box is still plugged in and has been working. I turned it on today and no channels worked so I did a factory reset and rescan like I have done a million times but now it doesn't one up with network Id which used to be lichfield. Now it says 1 already exist 2 already exist 3 already exist etc then it doesn't find any channels and keeps going in A loop does any one know why or has any one experianced it themselves.

Can vermin cut off the infeed to the house now cause they never used too. It's the only thing I can think of as it won't find a network yet everything is plugged in as it should be. Football is on at 12.30 god damn it and this ****s up my whole day

yep if u canceled vermin signal they probably have cut you, you should get no or bad signal if they have.
