The channels have been down on this for over a week does anyone know if they are coming back on done a rescan and s\w update says already updated do I need to b patient or buy a different box?

think it must be your box as i watched the footie on mine last night, and it has been fine for ages

or have you checked your network?does it need powering off box modem and router for 30 secs then on,what date does it say in system info just to make sure.

On system info it says A780 just rescanned some channels r back but most are HD or showing as TV 371 372 with no picture can I rescan using different QAM or frequency?

did you factory reset first?then scanned from the strongest main coaxial feed as in no splitters and chosen correct net id?the hd channels will show in a scan but not show to view as box is not hd.
the 790 was made for the irish market ,which they never launched over here box would work in both places but the 780 only works in uk.
