Kryptview A750 i-connector?

Hi Do i need to update my i-connector as all channels still scrambled after f/reset.Firmare is 24/04/2011 pv3.8.00 tried s/w update via remote gets to 100% and freezes. Thanks in advance.

yes possibly old firmware on the iconnector,this is in downloads for freezing for the iconnector.
file now removed as it was corrupt

when done dont forget to s/w update box and a factory reset and rescan.
