Not connecting to internet

Hi All,

I have a a750 and sometimes the iconnector doesn't connect to the internet, like today. So it only reaches the third light - has anyone else had this?

I've restarted router/taken out the power/it's been for the last couple of days - though it's happened intermittently in the past.

I'm on the last firmware update of last year

when you do the iconnector,your box also has old firmware needing a s/w online update also.finish off by a factory reset/default and rescan,reboot network if needed.

My iconnector stopped working after failed KV trying to update this - well it said failed, but then said successful - after which it doesn't work! Any ideas how to force KV to send module update?

i would presume you update the iconn by null modem cable,its all in the post2 the link.

thanks guys, need a serial usb converter before I can hook it up to computer

what date is on ur kv750

If you manage to get the latest firmware on the 750 the module should update from the KV box its self.

Stick the file on that's attached then do a software update online and the module should update.
