my kv a750 hangs on software download at 0% for ages. internet is ok. box went off about 3 days ago. currently running ver.3.8 24/4/11.
any ideas please

the sw update server is not working just now

i have also tried to update fw but i get a message "the downloading is not requested"

what does that mean? i've never seen that before

you get that message if the pc cant connect to the box , the box needs to be switched off click start and switch box on if too slow or even too quick you can get download not requested message
