Where is the NEW KRYPTVIEW HD box???

First off i have both SV7 and Kryptview A780 I love them both but my house is full of HD Tv's and I really want to get the best out of them.


I was told last month not to go over to satelite for HD as kryptview would be bringing out a new HD box end of April, start of May 2012 time.


Ive had a kryptview from day one for over 2 years now and would defo buy a HD one but rumours of HD boxes coming out have been going on for 2 years so please if anyone has any information on a release date let us all know or its ?300 setup + for a full satelite setup.

The rumoured cost of the Kryptview HD is close to the ?300 you estimate for a Sat setup (although you can get a HD Sat setup for much less than that). I hear there are prototypes around, but then I heard that quite a while ago.

really depends on your tv ive seen some samsung with really good quality picture in sd and hard to tell differance between sd and hd and other tvs like chalk and cheese but i always watch in hd if possable especially wildlife programmes and footy

ye but we talkin bout the picture quality of these boxes i have hd on my sub box and theres just no comparison

i was talking about picture quality as i said depends on the make of tv some tv like samsung there is not a great differance as they seem to upscale sd channels but depends on what your watching ,om an hd fan also for audio also seems better

agreed i bought a cheap full hd hannspree and the picture quality is not the best but i wanted a cheaper one for the kitchen,pioneer plasma kuro perfect but another thing to note is dirty power and no surge protection and cheap non shielded leads will give problems.

IF SD IS AS GOOD AS HD THEN WHY BUY A HD TV absolute nonsenense to even suggest it
