the i connect is not a wireless dongle, yon need a vonets bridge or homeplugs to do that

you must be using something else also, maybe vm are having issues with their stuff also?try rebooting box modem router and iconnector to gain a connection.

They have not been available for the 4 years as you stated, so you must of been using something else. Looks like someone has nicked it

Factory reset the box and try to update online, this usually kicks the iconn into module update.

Put you box onto Sports 1 and when the "Scrambled" shows unplug the icon and plug it back in. Give it a couple of minutes, if still not on put the box into standby with the power button then power back on.

You may also have an ip conflict which will need the router to be rebooted with all other computers to be switched off. After reboot try putting the box into standby and back on.

May take a number of attempts but it looks like the iconn needs to update from the box.

hello isobel it sounds like you wireless dongle is faulty your better hard wireing or getting home plugs if you follow dws advice and still wont work it has to be your dongle ,i guess you had the 750 before n3 as they were out for quite a while before n3 kicked in

                      to be honest

to be honest I got this just as nagra 3 kicked in and it has worked perfectly ever since, well they went off for a while but it was working until a couple of weeks ago when all this stuff started happening, but your right I have updated the i connect, I have updated the kv I have downloaded the sw update but still the wireless does not connect it to the internet, when I hard wire it, it works perfectly, the problem is I have a 780 hard wired downstairs and I use the 750 upstairs via wireless, I guess I will have to find a way of hard wiring the 750 upstairs

is your dongle flashing blue or is it going to orange which means not connecting to router
