Hi can anyone help im trying to update firmware on a arnet 700c cable box but cant download tools / firmware from this site not sure why ? can anyone help also are there any guides for the above upgrade thanks inadvance.

It takes some time for Admin to verify your account and grant access, it shouldn't take too long, sometimes it's almost instant.

Hi will this software work on Arnet A700C, and also do u need seperate program to load software onto the box, many thanx Perks.

the software works on both boxes mate. the loader is in the downloads section.

i am only getting a few stations such as sky movies prem an modern an sky sports 1 but not many others i keep scanning again and again but get no joy

Any high street electrical retailer will stock the cables, as will Computer shops. It's a basic serial cable (null modem).

B&Q also sell them mate.

which software you got on at the moment m8? have you tried factory reset then a rescan?
