KV780 not updating

Any help appreciated. I'm havimg problems updating s/w on my daughters 780, all channels barring FTA have gone & when I tried s/w update (as I have recently done on my own 780 downstairs and it updated fine) nothing happens, have left it on for hours, even overnight, to no avail. Tried all help previously listed on here, factory reset, s/w then scan and switching of via back of box etc but nothing. Tried flashing again but pc wont open newest firmware (one on box is 2010)

if you cant get download sw then its down to your internet connection or download server is not working click to download and if it dont reboot router to see if it begins failing that you can download from your udated box connect both with null mosed lead in installation you will see data transfer options sw or channels click that to send and then switch on box to be updated

Have done data transfer from 1 box to the other of both s/w & channel data but rescanned and still nothing but scrambled or no video GGGGRRRRRRR!!!!!!

Panic over! Cheers guys for all ur help esp. Alex123 rebooted the router, cant believe thats all it took....doh!
