Kv help

Hia guys any advise pls, I've had kv780 for couple of years now, I just installed 1 in my mums and virgin have given me this new hub to install myself, not seem them before, anyhow set up getting channels but glitching is a lot worst than mine, I've tried direct feed and scanned
But still same,glitch freeze, do you think it's this new hub has anyone used these new hubs of vermin
Help be appreciated

yea super hub can cause glitching you need to disable firewall the hub is so bad many disable wireless and connect a dlink wireless router into hub
