Missing half my chanels

Hi all my kryptview A780 has lost about half of its chanels.
My box locked so I factory reset and scanned (several times)with the lastest SW update installed. But I can only find about half the channels with the scan which are working fine so cant understand where the others have gone. I live in Redddich West Mids and have tried both Birmingham transmiters.
Any advice and help would be great many thanks.

ye m8 first re boot yer router and box then go back into menu installation then do automatic search hope this helps

only finding a limited number of channels on a scan may mean through a faulty splitter or extension but i would say it may be an outside fault.

Problem fixed now thanks checked cable rebooted modem and tuned into different transmiter. I have all my channels again.
