kryptview box is stuck on easy installation screen

My kryptview box is stuck on easy installation screen. it will let me go to main menu but when i push exit button it will only take me back to installation screen, very frustrating, any ideas anyone?

Cut the power to the box then reboot ....

someone did a factory reset erasing the channels and that is why you are stuck there,as said rescan .

thanks for replying guys, ive tryed unpluging and rebooting a few times and also a couple of scans, when scan is finished it just goes back to the same screen.

if its not scanning in channels,its vm that has to be down or cut off signal.kv do not supply the channels.

you may have had your cable cut then,are you getting a no signal on screen.

ive connected vm box again and that works fine. would you suggest reseting and adding firmware again only im not sure how to add firmware.

ive managed to do a rescan but i now only have a handfull of channels, does anyone know how to add the rest?

have you scanned and received all the channels but alot are not working,read a post earlier some channels are offline for a wee while so you may just have to wait.
