    A780 ONLY BBC1 2 ITV1 CHANNEL4 AND 5

    CAN ANYONE HELP, i CANT GET ANY CHANNELS, IVE PLUGGED IT INTO MY MATES AND EVERY THING WORKS GREAT BUT WHEN I PLUG IT INTO MINE ITS SCRAMBLED OR NO VIDEO, CHECKED THE INTERNET AND ITS ALL FLASHING FINE IN THE BACK OF THE BOX AND CHECKED MY COAX CABLE AND CONNECTERS AND ALL FINE AND NO LOOSE CONNECTERS. TRIED A DIRECT FEED AND ITS STILL THE SAME, IVE NOW RUN OUT OF OPTIONS AS THE SOFT WARE UPDATE WAS THE NEW VERSION TOO
    Ps all the channels say scrambled or no video if this helps to the cause of the problem

          turn internet off for 10 seconds then do a factory rescan ??

                          working in mates house is telling you you have no lan connection in yours,power off at rear box modem and router for 30 secs then on,it should connect after a min,if not recheck lan connections.

                                  I'm getting the same problem, I can only seem to get terrestrial TV at the moment. I've tried resetting to factory settings, turning it off and on and also resetting the router.

                                  Really struggling to find a solution!

                                      dont do anything to yer box m8 they will come back on on their own UNLESS????

                                          reports of kv down all over uk,what firmware date is on your box-menu--system info--?? it will be a date,so we know you are on current version,for others its waiting time again.

                                                  latest firmware for A780 is Kryptview_A780_24042011.bin
                                                  it is here

                                                  If your box has already been flashed you should be able to to do a S/W update from the installation menu from your remote
