Virmin super hub

Hello All

Just moved house and had kv in my old house and spoke to Virmin about having bb in our new home and asked them to switch it on as I would take our old modem and wireless router with us but they insisted on having the engineer come out to set up.

So he turned up yesterday and installed a super hub which is one unit, has anyone else have there kv running off this as unsure if it's not monitoring what's run of this??

Any thoughts would be gratefull

Switch the super hub to modem only and connect your own wifi router, loads of folk been having nothing but bother with wifi on super hub anyway

My KV is on a superhub have tried it in modem mode and a router made no difference to me.

got a vm super hub and the wireless works great. have you set it up correctly ?

hi, i have a virgin superhub,,,,with my old router, my macbook had nothing but trouble with wifi,,,this superhub is bee,s knee,s,,,,no problem with wifi now,,

Had my kv pluged in to super hub for a few months now ive heard nuthink of it?
