Only freeview channels showing.

HI,

From the Leicestershire area

Turned on the box one day and only 12 freeview channels were showing. Not even BBC 1,

I did a software update and still no luck, So then reset the box to factory settings and when rescanning it only shown 8 on the TP search when before it was 56.

I am not too sure what has happened here so any solutions or ideas would be great full

check a subbed box to ensure its not a vm issue

also check that vm box for its netID

then scan on network and choose the same netID before scanning further

More info you say one day? when and how long ago what date S/W did you load .................
