Kryptview 780 probs

My Kryptview 780 has gone off, all that I get is bbc 1,2 itv 1 chan 4 chan 5 everything else I just get message scrambled or no video. I have tried a factory reset and scanned again but just the same. any-one got any ideas

don't know what I done but went into sw update and hey presto all came back on.
