Sound Problem

Hi, been having a sound problem for the last few months. Sometimes when im watching a channel the sound disappears and i have to change channels to get it back on. Its annoying when i set something to record and in the morning find out that the sounds disappeared half way through the program? Any solutions

Happened to me a few times m8 i just changed from scarat to av leads and it been ok so far
