    kv not working

    hi can anyone tell me if they are having problems with kv, only for 3 hours now i havent been able to get it, i have tried everything i can think off re installing etc please help if possible

    ok ,did you reboot network?any fta,and what firmware do you have on box,and most important all cables plugged in.

      No problems in north london m8 was it working ? It could an an area issue your end...............

        thanks for replying have tried all that but nothing working. all stations working in nw london where i am so i am now completly lost

          what firmware is on box as it may need updating.

          no use saying done all that,i dont know what you did is my point.

            have rebooted, made sure all cables in properly, flashed, got right firmware. now i think i have messed up box as done factory setting and says i have only eleven channels, but also have no signal on any settings and i cant get to the bit where i choose area who serves me. i would also like to thank everyone who is trying to help.

                  hi thankyou firmware is kryptview A780 PV4.1.01 HW Version is V4.0.0

                  really dont know what i am doing so i am sorry but i really dont know what i am doing with tech stuff

                    no worries need to know the setup first and go from there.

                        ok sounds as if you have the latest firmware.
                        is your coaxial cable on a splitter or direct from wall as box needs the strongest feed to scan from so remove splitters and scan from direct feed ,and remove lan cable,factory reset before you start then follow this utube video.

                          when you get the list of channels up insert lan cable and your network may need a reboot to connect,box modem and router off at rear for 30secs then on give them a min it should connect then.
