hi everyone and thankyou to all those who have helped me. i have now bought a new a780. when i plugged in the first thing i see is main menu, not language settings which i need to get to the network scan to get my provider, can anyone help please and tell me how to get to it. i have watched the video and i need to be able to get to the language settings first as that what comes up on the video. i am scared to just press buttons as i am sure that was what messed up the other box. please help. thankyou

hi box has been flashed and all updated but nothing.

it was just done by s/w update and the version is kryptview a780 26/04/2012 pv4.1.0.1 v3.0.0

u have vermin cable in and ur internet cable in.

That isnt a flash m8 its done through boxes being back to back with a null cable,or usb to serial cable i would watch the video again m8 ........................

ok sorry for being a silly girl but when i bought this yesterday i was told it was ready to go just plug in and choose your network provider ie barnet, harringay etc to which i have followed all instreuctions but cant get to choose network, it says all channels already exists.

ok do you give it enough time to do the second scan,
what i meant is after the tps already exist wait,it should bring up another list to choose from.

getting muddled there m8,box to box transfer is by null modem cable only.

to get current firmware box was flashed and updated to the newer one as in post.

Thats what i put i said back to back with null,when i put or maybe i should have put via PC but i thought if they had watched the video they would have known..................
