hi deechips
looks like your box is flashed ok but to check go to menu ,installation and sw update it will try to download latest sw but will probably say allready updated , it should then go to auto scan just press ok then you select your network ie NTL ,TW etc and network scan it will scan for net ids once done you select your area then ok it will scan for tps then channels if it finds nothing then try the next closest area to you ,
if for any reason you cant get back to auto scan then factory reset and it will do that and then it will show auto scan

hi all, sorry its taken a long time to get back but been a bit out of sorts, (due to chemo) just want to thank everyone for taking the time to try and help me out, but your right, two boxes now not working, luckily enough sent the 2nd box but and got a refund, so now my question is, what box should i buy next? do i stick with kv or get something else.

both boxes could work,it is only something silly,believe me we were all at that stage once[ new toy],come back soon.
