    kryptview channel searching problem

    bought a used a780 and it was used in manchetser, now i am trying to use it in london but it wont recieve signal. i think its recieved to the manchester signal but how would i change it and sellect my area on the box hope this makes sense

    you'll need to change the area setting, will probably still be set for manchester

    doa factory default and set up again

      first of all what firmware is on box,no signal could be a tuner issue also.

        chill cacti man he wants to change area setting he said - so let him try that first, if it dont work can go into other stuff

          i have tried to update but it tells me its on the latest firmware. i have tried done a factory rest and its the same problem. im in harringey london. normally should come up with the area but its not. what should i do?

            factory default, installation, follow instructions, then a scan leave to sort itself, (try the area code nearest to you ??)

            see if that works

              how do i put in the area code? also i am scanning with the ethernet plugged in is that fine?

                factory default, installation, follow the instructions on screen will come to that section

                  handier if lan is removed first before scan so no other info is absorbed.

                        was working when i had it sold to someone on ebay now dont no if there pulling a fast one.. but its not working there

                            do they have a live vm feed,not sat and coaxial is plugged into correct port from direct feed from wall.
