im in middlesbrough and my box is none stop glitching now for weeks cant even watch a 5 furlong race without the box going of about 6 times

check your cables and lan network for a start.

downloading where on comp been glitchy for 2 weeks now

so if on pc and that has problems also suggests a signal problem which also effects the boxes.

Also as was the case with mine which developed glitching for no apparent reason and would not shift, make sure you have the A780 box and not an A790
