scrambled chanels

box was working ok till yesterday, then scramled on premium chanels.
got a second box which works ok so nothing to do with connections.
when i look at epg etc all seems ok but no premium chanels only fta working.
i reset to facory default and re-scanned but no joy.
do i need to put firmware on again? or has anyone any other ideas?

is there anyway on that box to see if you are connecting to server??

ask yourself do both boxes have the same firmware?
or same net id?

do both boxes have the same firmware date..you can check if box is connecting to the server by looking at the weather or traffic report via the boxes menu..if no reports
i would be having a look at the internal ethernet sockets led lights to see if theres data passing in and out of the box..if no lights on one and lights on the other (working) one
(i have had a faulty ethernet socket before) then thats why 1 box connects to the server and the other one doesnt in the same house using same cables etc

put the old box back on today to test it and all seems ok.
