Channels mixed up, any ideas?

Does anyone know how to reset the channels so they are back in correct order, my channels have all been mixed i,e I have to go through every version of bbc1 before I get to bbc2 etc.I've tried doing it through fta and nagravision options on my yellow button but to no success, if I go through reset factory settings would I lose all my channels and be left with just free view.

Press favourite then Total List,looks like someone has been messing with the remote.
