hi i can't seem to get sky sports 1, i live in walthamstow -NE London, do the usual set up as advised on here, use ex c&w, tried atleast a dozen different locations; seven kings, haringey etc, but no sky sports 1. I did have access to SSports 1 upto yesterday, but had to update..

Using a VM sub box,Setting/Tech Stuff/Netid-- will tell you which netid to use

SS1 uses the same TP as SS3 & FX if you don't have them likely the box has dropped a TP,rescan from a direct feed without the splitter (the fault could also be the splitter

are you scanning from direct feed no splitters

sorry what does direct feed/splitters mean? i'm using powerplugs?

yep not got SS3 also..

Scan from the VM socket on the wall to the box,with just a cable no splitter.
