Kview problem

Does anybody know what the problem maybe here. Just installed a 780 for a m8 but a lot of glitching even on the fwiew. Although he has 3 splitters running in his house. However when the TiVo box is in picture is fine checked all connections and seem fine. Could it be because off all the splitters but why would the TiVo be ok?

signal is too low,remove other boxes and splitters and plug into direct feed if perfect then you know .

There is a common problem with KV boxes where they appear to glitch on all channels. Check without splitters first but does sound like a faulty box.
