Kryptview HD - Internet Upgrade

Does anyone have issues performing an internet upgrade on there kryptview hd box? I click on internet upgrade option from the menu and it looks like the box is doing nothing.

the word menu appears on the front panel of the box.

I do not even know which site it is trying to get the update from.

I haven even left this for a couple of hours but it does nothing

can anyone please help

does it have something like s/w upgrade-ok? try powering off box modem and router for 30 secs then on ,wait a min and retry.

That's what I was going to say, probably no update available. Press Exit and leave it at this time.

want a laugh sv 1.03 is the second firmware allowing online update whenever it comes out.

Rebooted the modem/router and box - but got same issue.

I have the latest update on the box (the one that came with the box 5th september). My channels keep freezing, so I wanted to re-install the latest update.

I though the box would send some sort of message to the screen to say I got the latest update etc... but it does nothing.

So if the box has the latest update it will do nothing - when taking the internet upgrade option? Is that right?

Try again periodically, it could be there is no update or the update server is offline. Freezing/Glitching is probably down to your Internet or even signal strength.

I think the internet update feature was down for a few days, now back up and running.
