Cert on display???

Hi all, i have flashed many boxes, but today i flashed 2 boxes, first one worked without a problem, second one flashed ok but then i get product not certified when i turn box on, then when i goto a channel, it dont work and on the display it just goes from channel number to cert??

Any ideas on this, or does the box need to be replaced?

the box needs sending back to supplier m8 as only they can fix this problem
