    cannot get onto tv after viewing menu been away and mrs messing about with box cant get any channels .

      Sounds like your on easy installation menu and ur mrs has done a factory reset erasing the channels

          it is in easy installation how do i get back to normal

              Try pressing menu button then do a rescan
