    krptview crashes , showing zero

    Hi guys

I have a kryptview a780, it shutdowns after approx 40 mins displaying a 0 on the dispaly. will only start back up after being off for several hours.
I believe it may by a faulty power supply board / dodgy caps. any tips on how test which cap/ board it could be there is no visible bulging on the caps that i can see. or whicjhs caps if any it could be.

Disconnect box from power supply open up and check for leaking or bulging caps.
Overheating may be the problem, vent the box.

Hi guys, just ordered a new Kryptview A780 and was wondering how often the channels crash. I've yet to recieve and set my box but I am wondering now if I have wasted my money. Cheers in advance.....newbie

wow; i've just had this problem too except it happened to me perhaps 20 minutes into a viewing. have you had this problem continuously since your post? have you had to remove the cap and put another in its place?
