Kv down again in west midlands anyone else have this? Tried the usual factory reset and rebooting modem an no joy. Been off for over an hr now.

Why do they have us by the balls, they have had there money and most of us have had are money's worth a few times over. The service has been pretty good for a long while now, it goes off 5 minutes and people put them down... there are people who have paid for a 6 month sub and still get shafted, and their boxes suddenly die after a update. and kv kept the hd boxes and sd boxes between servers
