Everything off on Kv since 2 this afternoon in Bolton
I've rebooted box ,modem & router, factory reset, network id off subbed but only getting fta
Subbed box fine, same with bb and telephone

Off in leicester nothing at all

who does not pay for services and have you checked for issues on the vm website.
they are cutting off non subscribers as the line is unused for them but not for you.

is your KV box firmware showing 26/04/12
has your router/box/modem been rebooted

on another thread his 780 could not update until his coaxial was removed in case you are on old firmware.
