s/w update not working? please help

the a780 downstairs on a homeplug is working fine..one upstairs on older firmware not working...tried to s/w update and it freezes? it is currently running on 29/11/2011 pv 4.1.00 h/w version v3.0.0 the one downstairs is on a newer firmware as was updated not long back. any ideas how i can get mine upto date ? it just freezes everytime on searching new update

try rebooting network as in box modem and router off for 30 secs then on wait a min then try s/w update,when it reboots factory reset and scan from main coaxial feed.

all sorted it wouldnt update as i had the co ax connected...strange? but happy days all sorted now cheers

maybe you sub to broadband only

split low signal if on just bb may have a problem,but your sorted now so dont worry until the next time.
