KV A780 Stopped Working

Hi guys hope someone can help,

Im in Preston and both mine and my mates K780's went down today, I have checked VM feed and BB and all good, I have factory reset, software updated, deleted channels numerous times but when I scan I just get some FTA channels and a mass list of HD channels but nothing I can really watch.

Can anyone shed some light on this for me ??

did you reboot modem router and box? if i see any posts with same issue will post.

Yeah I have done, Thing that strange is the chanels are not showing in the list, only HD ones.

other thread suggest a bigger problem with vm services like broadband,check your vm site for outages.

I'm also from Preston and started loosing channels about two days ago, the first to go was the discovery channels and today I've just lost the Sly Sports channels.

I done factrory resets and rescan of channels to no affect. I have also checked on the virmin website and the broadband service shows as "good"

Is any one outside of the Preston area experiencing similar problems???

Problem solved,

VM had changed the NET ID,

Deleted all channlls, Factory Reset and then re scanned using Preston TND it's about #38 in the list nowere near Preston 1 & Preston 2.

Same issue in Liverpool

Factory reset with Liverpool TDN fixed it
