hi just brought a kryptview a780 its the first one used to sv7 boxes done a complete scan got most of the channels missing sky sports 2 sky 1 + documentrys but all movies channel r HD any idea

Ave you flashed it m8 or was it already done and welcome to the forum............

If you have do the factory default setting take out enet cable rescan from main feed no splitters once done reboot box and router and put back ent cabel should be good to go.........................

Scan direct from the wall socket,it looks like some TPs are missing.
You may also be using the wrong NetID,this can be checked with VM box--Settings--Tech Stuff--No1

...or weak/lossy transponder. Signal levels of some cable frequencies decay very rapidly in comparison to others.

As suggested above, always do scans at the cable ingress point before any splitters start to reduce the levels.

yep make sure u do a direct scan no spiltters and make sure ur on latest f/w u can update from the menu

the kryptview a780 can already flashed so i am told but after carrying out all the setting up and scanning etc, all i get on the screen is scramble no video, do i not to up date something in some way been on 4shared.com but that hasn't help me whatsoever.
