never had either box so cannot compare,kv box is suppose to scan when in standby mode if channels move.

PQ on the A780 is not as good as the SV7 IMO. The KV does not support widescreen switching

yeah if you don't mind stairing at a blank screen telling you your box is blocked but on a serious note staview has the better picture quality, always has.

astro 77 starview boxes back on now. up to now no freezing or pixleing.
