Have downloaded the new software but now only one TP works

Everything was okay yesterday (Wednesday) following the new software update but now I can only get BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, ch 4, Ch 5 and channels on TP 379, ie Sky News, Sony TV and Disney XD + !. Does anyone else have this problem?

No m8 after S/W update you need to do factory rest and rescan from a main feed no splitters and no enet cable, ave a go when done reboot modem router and box dont 4get to put your ent cable back in you should be good to go...........................

I did all of that and everything was working fine on Tuesday and until 9.30pm yesterday If I hadn't done it properly, why would I have received all channels for about 32 hours and why would I still have one TP working today?

Many thanks I did a Rescan again and got everything else back I just can't understand why I was able to get all channels yesterday and after Rescanning when I downloaded the new software

If it were a local issue, it is strange that it worked for more than a day Anyway, everything still okay and congrats as always to the KV team for the software update

it does sound like a breakdown in service where partial loss and not full loss happens.

What can i tell ya if it works it works and if it dont well you do the math............

is this firmware kv a780 24/04/2011 pv3.800 hv versoin v3.0.0 right for first time flash on kv 780 and then update via the internet the problem being its stuck on searching for update ,i have done 1 box before with no problems thanks for any help you can give

yeah update not working on the box, its hanging on screen

l read people are havin to do clean installs from pc to box if this happens

its happening as too many people trying to download at once this always happen old firmware in boxes wont work so everyone must update to nov sw
