somewhere around is a duff april file as its says 2012 on download but on box it says 2011 so always check date on box.

I am trying to fix a box -

The software could not be download today via the box it was stuck on the download page so i put the April 2012 on the box but still had no joy downloading it

I have tried scanning for channels with the April software on but only getting FTA channels - just checked VM website and they have the following errors would this stop me receiving the channels ?
