Signal Quality

Anyone have problems with low signal quality, mines on 43 and keeps cutting out. I'm also in Birmingham area.

are you on the correct net id,and how old is your cabling and have you got scrappy splitters.

New install only been in the house 3 months (was 83 before) splitter is new too, always used the same net I'd (83 before)

check and make sure ALL cables are tight

check on vm site for faults.

All cables are tight, tried factory reset and rebooted modem. Might try changing the splitter.

At this moment all my channels are off, was on this morning but went off at 13.00
