hi folks has anyone in Glasgow area been able to update? my box been trying to update for couple hours with no joy I have a780 and am on November 2011 firmware..........cheers

I have tried turning box off at back couple of times, hope its just the server being busy

wee update I left box on overnight but did not connect so here how I got it working, do factory restore, choose new net id after restore and tried to update firmware it worked straight away via Ethernet seems to be going great at time of writing cheers for the helpful posts folks

there's been a few updates in the last few days, on remote menu/system info, should read 11/11/2012 if doesn't do a couple more updates until it does, then factory reset and rescan

The box seemed to work fine without the update, did that today, and its stopped working??

Tried factory reset and scanning but nothings worked.

Any ideas???
