No, do I update that using the RS232 and the Kryptview Loader? Same as updating a firmware?

would really appreciate your help, I'm on 01/12/2011 and pv4 4.1.00 and no channels, factory reset and scan has not worked.

Is there new software available then what i have and if so where can i get it from.

Hi ignore my last post, have fixed it, s/w update in menu did the trick.

hope you factory reset/rescan after you updated?

rescan on a750 box has fixed the box.

always check if box can do a s/w online update first before a factory reset/rescan.
