Please help. No net id

Hi all,
I might have just registered but i have been using all your advice for a few years now.
I have a A780, just done the double update today. For the past few days i was only getting a few channels. I went to rescan but cant seem to find any net id.
I click auto search, telewest, network then the green button, the 'list of network id' screen comes up with '10 already exsist' then it goes straight to search and doesnt find any channels. It wont let me choose my location. Please help.

you have factory reset first and scanning from main feed no splitters.
you have to select the net id from the list.

Yes i have factory reset, and i normally search via splitter but i will give it ago.
Also i cant seem to get any net ids so i cant select any.

Tried all 4 many times over.
I have scanned a few times seemed to work, but not this time around.

do you have a live vm feed and scanning from direct feed as faulty splitters cause problems

Got it sorted. I scanned straight from the main feed and disconnected the lan. All channels back execpt for 1-5 (FTA).

Dont suppose you know what may be causing the FTAs not to work?
Bbc three works just 1-5 dont.

wrong net id,if someone in area has a vm box it can be got off that

press home...help&settings...systems info.. diagnostics....top line is your net id... on your vm box . to make sure you are scanning correctly.. on your kv
