Can anyone help me to get s/sp /2 all other channels seem to be ok,have re scanned with no splitter but still getting glitching or no signal bad signal.Could i need booster and if so what sort and where do i get one.Thanks.

are you on the latest firmware and are you scanning the correct net id?

and make sure you factory reset before scanning

I have just got K/V as was onS/v got it off e bay and have done an a Sw update on remote and factory default and rescan.Channels seem to all on xcept ssp 2..So i have not done a firmware udate do i need to do one?Any help appreciated thanks

Dont have a box only B/B in bedroom,I believe am on 00010 this is teesside and comes up on NTL1.

thats correct net id if your just missing the odd channel then do an automatic search menu installation 0000 then auto search if you havin probs comer back on i am in teeside area also

auto search

comes up ntl green auto search goes to network scan underwhich is add tp list 1already exist then goes up to 54 already exist finish network scanning then goes to automatic search tp 1 to 55 comes up 2 DL-cisco to 76 DL sam 3110 then COMPLETE EXIT.no ss2 Signal 88 quality 86 except ss2 which is Signal 77 quality 86.comes on for a split second then glitches and eventually goes between scrambled /no video back to almost on. was getting no signal bad signal before i did default with no splitter.As you might tell not to clever with this but it is so close.

it seems signal styrength is my problem and can be corrected thanks for the help.
