Scanning already Exists. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Guys I really need your help. My A780 hasnt been working for three weeks now. I now cannot get any channels as when i do a scan it comes up with Already Exists number of times before it scan by itself but doesnt pick any channels. There are only 7 TP it seems when scanning. I tried factory default as well as turning box off from back and as well as trying a different provider. I also flashed it with April Firmwire but still the same. I have also taken out the lan and use direct feed. I in Bham area. Does anyone else in the area have a similar problem or had but solved. Hope I can solve this.

You need to do the latest updates m8 which can be done by lan that should do it ...........................

By doing the latest updates will that get rid of already exists As I get that a number of times. I dont think by doing that will get rid of already exists as there no netid to see as it comes as 0000006 etc. but not the towns then scans by itself before going back to the installation page.

u need to update as lagerland says let it do the bizz, then factory default then rescan on correct netid.

Hi I did update as lagerland said but after doing factory default reset it still comes as already exists as the towns dont appear as it comes as 0000006 0000007 etc then scans without finding any channels before going back to installation start.

Any help or suggestion of how to change netid to stop already exists. i live in bham area.

i dont know if the service problem in the area has any connection as it says:

if there is a fault you might have to wait until its fixed,try removing lan and coaxial cables and scan=no channels,power off at rear then connect coaxial then go again as per normal..
