Hi guys,someone help.i have the same box, and i have loaded the latest firmware,april 2012, and still am unable to to an s/w update or find any channels when i scan.i have connected my box directly to the virgin superhub via LAN cable.i have read somewhere that it could be a problem with netid.How or where can i find the netid for my area?Hertford Area.And how do i input this netid into the box.(NOTE:i do not own a virgin sub box.)

argh can anyone help got my box download what i thought was the lastest firmware but turns out to be 111108 cant find the latest

hi guys. i am told that if i want to watch prime time, i should turn off box 5 minutes befor show, then turn back on and it will work. is this ,in your superior knowledge, true?
