No channels in Glasgow

I've had no channels working (other than the free ones) since last night. Either getting the message "Scrambled or no video" or "Bad signal". I selected Update Software but it is just stuck on the screen saying Searching for Update. I've had this for an hour or 2 before but not for this long so I'm pretty worried. Any help?

In system information it says Date 26/04/2012, Software Version Kryptview a780 pv4.1.01. Does that make any sense to you? I'm a bit of a dummy when it comes to things like this the guy who sold me the box set it all up for me.

so u need to update.

well menu installation press 0000 down to software update and see what happens for starters

try turning box of at the back then back on if it sticks on searching screen

I am sure the Glasgow net id (40984) is the same as Uddingston, south and north lanarkshire.

I know there are a few people including myself who are having problems in north lanarkshire so its probably the same for you.

There's been loads of problems on vermins end over the last few weeks so hopefully when they get it sorted everything will be back to normal.

as Asek asked yesterday do you pay subs for anything ? If not take it to anybody's house that's got broadband and update it there it doesn't need to be connected to cable for it to update

I might be wrong but there is a Glasgow bit when you got to automatic scan
i cant check just now for obvious reasons
