hiya all , im new to this , iv just purchased the mentioned box with kryptveiw but when i plug it into the pc nothin is happening on the pc but the box is showing 0000 am i doin something wrong

are you using laptop or desk top? have you downloaded the firmware and loader? what cable have you got? -

hi ya again wilf , iv dowloaded both and flashed the box and everything went ok . but when i connect to tv and scan for channels it doesnt find any . can you help again pleaseComment

it also says weak or no signal , but when i put the genuine virgin media box on it works okComment

You say you flashed the box did you see the green line going round and round on front of kryptview and the percentage going up on puter? if so it sounds like you did that right. When you connect up to mains feed cable are you putting it into the input? and not the output also when doing this bit make sure you remove any splitters you may ahve, just scan from the main feed itselfComment
