    could this be my problem

    hi,
    i am having some glitching, and no +1s, movies come and go, also sport, there has been known tv problems in my area,

    There is a fault disruption.
    You might not be able to use Interactive TV, Catch Up TV or TV On Demand on your Virgin TV service at the moment.
    Fault reference: F002244759, ment to be sorted 6pm today, but they have been saying that for about a week now

    and so i wondered if this could be the reason its happening

    bb is fine, no reported problems there

      Its a possibility eileen i would check it out after 6 if the work gets finished by then that is.Then you can let us know, mines the same most of the time but its in the bedroom so its only on about an hour a day so i can live with that........................

          its been like that since the 26th oct and it keeps changing to the next day
          i hope myself it goes on but i wouldn't hold my breath

              Did they get the work finished eileen and more to the point did it resolve you issue or is it next week now...............
