hi all. did the latest s/w updated but im not receiving the star plus, it was ok till yesterday. iv done factory reset re scanned but still no joy. any help will be appriciated.

iv rescanned will it not pick up the new frequencies.

depends on what box you have go to menu look for manual scan on your box

tried that but cant get the frequency .oo at the end. iv got kv a750 with icon.
