Hi got the a750 but no cable and need update, could i go maplins for it and what is it called?

Also when i change channel and the info comes up my signal is on 56 and q the same do and i need booster?

no you shouldnt need a booster you need to update the box first then you will see if it needs any adjustments

Even when i put the vm wire straight into tv the pic is still poor so i doubt its the box

Does your laptop have a Serial Port, it kinda looks like an old-skool joystick port, (it's unlikely that your laptop has one, not many do these days).

If it does have a Serial Port then you need a 'Null-Modem cable'.

If you do not have a serial port then you will need a USB to Serial Adapter and a 'Null-Modem Cable'

All of these can be bought at Maplins, but you'll find them on eBay much cheaper.
